In developing this brief Council has considered community concerns raised during previous consultation, the 11 adopted urban renewal design principles along with the information required to the support planning scheme amendment process.

Note: The final project scope including deliverables will be finalised with the successful tenderer in partnership with the Community Reference Group and taking into account this community feedback.
