Council has prepared a draft four-year Council Plan 2021-2025 and Community Wellbeing Plan 2021-2025to guide the initiatives, priorities and projects that Council will focus on over the next four years. Thedraft plans also describe how Council will contribute to the principles established by the community in the Glen Eira Community Vision.
Across May and Junewe provided a range of opportunities for the community to provide input to the plans including online surveys, pop-up events, telephone surveysand workshops with groups including youth, seniors, community groups and families.
Thank you to all our community members, groups, business owners and visitors who provided their ideas and feedback so far. Your input has helped Council understand what the community most values and regards as important in creating a healthy, connected and thriving Glen Eira. All the feedback has directly informed the development of both draft plans.
OurDraft Council Plan 2021-2025 and Draft Community Wellbeing Plan 2021-2025 are now available for a final period of community engagement. We want to make sure we have included the priorities that are important to the community.
