Final outcome
Between 2016/17 we sought your feedback on developing Glen Eira's Council and Community Plan 2017-2021 (the Plan).

Thank you for your contribution and sharing your thoughts on the vision for the City of Glen Eira for the next four years.

The final Plan was adopted by Council on 27 June 2017. You can view the Glen Eira Council and Community Plan 2017–2021 here.

The Plan is structured around five key priority areas that will drive Council activities over the next four years.

We will strive for a City that is:

  • Liveable and well designed
  • Accessible and well connected
  • Safe, healthy and inclusive
  • Clean and sustainable
  • Informed and engaged.

The Strategic Resource Plan 2017-18 to 2026-27 forms part of the Council and Community Plan. It is a rolling 10 year plan that outlines the financial and non-financial resources that Council requires to achieve the strategic objectives described in the Council and Community Plan. Second phase of consultation - completed on 1 June 2017
In 2016, we asked your thoughts on the areas Council should focus on and work towards for the next four years. The ideas of over 650 people were collected and put together into five key themes. We would now like to introduce you to these themes in our new draft Council and Community Plan 2017-2021.

Between 3 May and 1 June Council will be seeking your views on these themes and the wider Council and Community Plan.

We are also seeking your views on the Annual Budget 2017-2018 and the Strategic Resource Plan 2017-2018 to 2026-2027 which outline Council's funding priorities in the short and long term.
