How can I view the plans?
The Glen Hunlty Reservoir Redevelopment plans and 3D images are available in the tab on the right hand side of the project page.
The Glen Hunlty Reservoir Redevelopment plans are also accessible from Council’s webpage, Libraries and the Service Centre at Town Hall.
A public meeting is being held at the Glen Huntly Pavilion on the 23 June at 7pm, with a presentation from the landscape architect Council officers will be on hand to answer any questions.

How will feedback be used and considered?
Comments and feedback will be considered by Council and used to inform the final plans for the reservoir.
Comments made in the Feedback Forum are able to be viewed by the whole community and offer the opportunity for people to respond, engage and discuss ideas with others.
Submissions are not confidential and may be incorporated in full (including all personal information) into the agenda and minutes of the Council Meeting at which they are considered. They may be available on Council’s website as part of the relevant agenda and minutes of meeting and will be made available for public inspection in accordance with all applicable statutory requirements, including, without limitation, those prescribed by the Local Government Act 1989.
Are the forums moderated or censored?
This forum provides the opportunity to engage, share and discuss ideas and thoughts with your community. The expected behaviour of online forums is the same as polite society, namely being constructive, open minded and courteous.
The forums are monitored 24 hours per day by the Engagement HQ team. Any posts that do not adhere to the moderation rules will be removed and you will be notified of this by email and by a message left on the site.
