Engagement summary

Thank you to all Community Voice members who completed the February / March 2026 survey.

The survey was held from the 24 February to 15 March and explored:

  • refreshing our social media
  • developing an Antisemitism Strategy

See below for a summary of what we heard — and how we're using this feedback.

See the images below for a visual snapshot , or read the engagement summary report.

  • Refreshing our social media

Most respondents use social media, but engagement with Council is mixed.

Almost half do not follow or interact with any Council accounts.

Council content is often encountered passively, with many members saying they want more practical, service-focused information.

These insights have informed the development of our draft Social Media Strategy.

  • Developing an Antisemitism Strategy

There is high awareness of antisemitism among members, alongside recognition of its sensitivity and complexity.

There is broad support for Council developing an Antisemitism Strategy, provided key concerns are carefully managed. These include concerns about political tensions, the potential exclusion of some communities, and the risk of increased division.

These insights will inform the development of the Strategy.
