Exploring a new Customer Experience Hub

We're committed to making Council services more innovative, accessible and responsive. That's why we're exploring the idea of setting up a new Customer Experience Hub at Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub.

The proposed Hub would offer friendly, face-to-face support for a range of our services — from general enquiries to making payments. Just like at Town Hall, you'd be able to drop in and connect with our helpful Customer Service team.

Why Bentleigh Library?

By using an existing community space, we can minimise costs and disruption while making services more accessible. The library is a welcoming community space — and its location makes it easier for people who may find it hard to travel across the City to Town Hall.

Designing with you in mind

We want the Hub to work for you and make it easier to access Council services.

Have your say through the survey below or chat to us during one of our library visits.

Our Engagement team will be visiting Bentleigh Library and Youth Hub throughout the engagement period so we can talk to regular customers about the new Hub. If you see us in our colourful Have Your Say vests, come and chat.

You can also talk to our Customer Service team at Town Hall or library staff at any of our four branches — Bentleigh, Carnegie, Caulfield and Elsternwick.

We're looking forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback.
