The open space design is ready

Earlier this year, you shared your ideas for transforming The Elsternwick Club site into a future open space.

We received more than 360 ideas and suggestions to help shape the draft design. We heard you value:

  • A peaceful, flexible space for relaxing — not just organised sport.
  • Shade and greenery from trees and structures.
  • Social gathering spaces to connect.
  • Green lawns for informal play and picnics.

Guided by your ideas — and advice from the project's Advisory Committee the draft design is now ready.

Now, we need your help. Did we get it right?

Share your thoughts by Sunday 26 October 2025. Your feedback will help us refine the design and make sure it meets the needs of our community.
